Job summary

Target is seeking a Guest Advocate in West Covina, CA. You will greet guests, provide friendly service, and help resolve questions while promoting store services and digital tools. The role emphasizes a welcoming, fast-paced environment with a focus on accuracy and safety.

You will learn the Target App features, assist with promotions, and partner with teammates to maintain a clean, efficient store experience. Flexible hours and physical tasks are part of daily work.

Responsibilities

• Create an Easy, Inspiring and Friendly guest experience by delivering on the following commitments.
• Help guests find what they need and/or resolve issues to ensure a smooth, easy shopping experience.
• End every guest transaction with a sincere thank you
• Scan and bag all guest items efficiently, accurately and in compliance with food safety standards
• Be familiar with Order Pick-Up, Drive Up and online ordering, and know how to direct the guest to enroll, activate and use these features.
• All other duties based on business needs.
