Job summary

Target is seeking a Guest Advocate in California. You will greet guests, assist with finding products and resolving issues to create a welcoming experience.

You’ll participate in handling transactions, promoting loyalty programs, and explaining features of the Target App while maintaining efficiency and a friendly attitude. The role requires adaptability to fast-paced, physically active work and a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Create an easy, inspiring guest experience by greeting guests and assisting them.
• Help guests find what they need and resolve issues for a smooth shopping experience.
• End every guest transaction with a sincere thank you.
• Actively support team efforts and assist peers while staying positive and respectful.
• Know how to use Target App features (Wallet, order pickup, etc.) and assist guests with enrollment.
