Job summary

Target is looking for a Guest Advocate to welcome guests, assist with finding items, and resolve issues at checkouts and drive-up services. You will greet guests, promote loyalty programs, and ensure a smooth, friendly shopping experience across the store.

Training will cover guest services, digital tools, safety, and compliance. The role offers flexible hours and teamwork with store colleagues in a dynamic retail environment.

Qualifications

• You enjoy helping guests and teammates and delivering friendly service.
• Able to stay organized, multi-task, and resolve guest questions quickly.
• Willing to learn Target systems and participate in training.

Responsibilities

• Create an easy, inspiring guest experience and greet guests at 10ft and 4ft zones.
• Help guests find products, resolve issues, and thank them at checkout.
• Support other team members and learn to use Drive Up, Order Pick-Up and loyalty features.
• Maintain a clean, safe store environment and follow safety policies.
