Qualifications

• Customer-facing role requiring strong communication and guest service skills.

Responsibilities

• Create an easy, inspiring guest experience and greet guests at 10ft/4ft zones.
• Help guests find items, resolve issues, and close transactions with a smile.
• Promote store services, such as Drive Up, online ordering, and loyalty benefits.
• Scan and bag items efficiently while maintaining safety and accuracy.
• Support teammates and adapt to varying guest needs and schedules.
