Job summary

Target is hiring a Guest Advocate in the United States to deliver a welcoming guest experience and assist guests with in-store and digital services. You will greet, assist, and resolve issues, while promoting Target's benefits and loyalty programs.

Typical duties include helping guests locate products, processing transactions, and guiding them through features like Drive Up and Order Pickup. You will work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on safety and teamwork.

• Create an Easy, Inspiring and Friendly guest experience by delivering on commitments.
• Greet guests and initiate warm, helpful interaction at 10ft/4ft.
• Help guests find what they need and resolve issues for a smooth shopping experience.
• End every guest transaction with a sincere thank you.
• Support team efforts and assist peers while maintaining a positive attitude.
• Adjust to business and guest needs to deliver an easy and inspiring guest experience.
• Demonstrate a service culture and communicate Target App features and loyalty programs.
• Scan and bag items efficiently following safety standards.
• Operate order pickup, drive-up, and online ordering features and enroll guests as needed.
• Handle returns or exchanges following policies and escalate with leadership as needed.
