Job summary

Target in Marietta, GA is seeking a Guest Advocate to welcome guests, explain features, and assist with day-to-day store operations. You will learn to guide guests through promotions, loyalty sign-ups, and efficient checkout while maintaining store standards and safety.

The position emphasizes guest interaction, problem solving, and adaptability in a fast-paced retail environment. Training is provided; a flexible schedule including nights and weekends is expected.

• You are open to working a flexible work schedule with varying hours, days or shifts (including nights, weekends and holidays).

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate a service culture that prioritizes the guest service experience by delivering the service standard.
• Create a welcoming experience by greeting guests as you are completing your daily tasks.
• When guests need assistance, engage with guests in a welcoming way, to help solve their specific needs.
• Know and speak to the benefits of Target Loyalty programs with every guest and assist with application or sign-up as needed.
• Scan and bag all guest items efficiently, accurately and in compliance with food safety standards and company best practices.
• Maintain a clean, clutter free work area by gathering unpurchased items, baskets, and hangers for removal.
