Job summary

Target is hiring a Guest Advocate to help guests have a welcoming, efficient shopping experience at our Atlanta store. You will greet guests, explain features, assist with returns, drive loyalty enrollment, and keep shelves tidy while upholding safety and integrity.

In this role you will learn the in-store and digital services, support order pickup, drive-up, and mobile app use, and collaborate with team members to resolve guest needs quickly and accurately.
