Job summary

Target is looking for a dedicated Guest Advocate to welcome guests, assist with purchases, and explain benefits and services. You will greet customers, help them locate items, and resolve issues while ensuring a smooth and friendly checkout experience.

You will learn about the Target App, loyalty programs, and Drive Up/Order Pick Up options, collaborating with teammates to meet guest needs and deliver outstanding service. This role offers flexible shifts and comprehensive on-the-job training.

Responsibilities

• Create an easy, inspiring guest experience by greeting guests and helping them find products.
• Assist guests with returns, exchanges, and sign-ups for loyalty programs.
• Explain how to use Target App features (Wallet, Drive Up, Order Pick Up).
• Scan and bag items accurately while following safety standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and support teammates as needed.
• Follow store policies and protect guest information during transactions.
