Job summary

Responsibilities

• Create an easy, inspiring guest experience by greeting and assisting guests.
• Help guests find items and resolve issues to ensure smooth shopping.
• Explain and promote Target benefits, loyalty programs, and app features.
• Scan and bag items accurately; process transactions and returns as needed.
• Support Order Pick-Up and Drive Up services and guide guests accordingly.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming store environment.
