Job summary

Target is seeking a Guest Advocate in Minnesota to deliver friendly, fast service and help guests with questions, apps, and purchases. You’ll greet guests, explain benefits, and support drive-up and order pickup while maintaining store standards.

The role requires clear communication, a welcoming attitude, and the ability to stay organized in a busy retail environment. Flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays are available.
