Job summary

Target in Minnesota is seeking a Guest Advocate to help guests, greet them, and provide exceptional service while supporting in-store and digital solutions.

You will assist with loyalty program enrollment, explain store promotions, and guide guests on using features like Drive Up, Order Pick Up, and the Target App. Training will be provided to develop customer service skills in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver the service standard and create a welcoming guest experience

• Scan and bag items efficiently and accurately
• Support order pick up and drive-up services and educate guests on features
