Responsibilities

• Demonstrate a service culture prioritizing guest experience by delivering the service standard.
• Greet guests and assist with daily tasks to create a welcoming environment.
• Assist guests with promotions, store events, and loyalty sign-up as needed.
• Scan and bag items efficiently while following food safety standards and company best practices.
• Direct guests to order pick-up, drive-up and online ordering and help enroll or activate features.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area by stocking supplies and tidying as needed.
• Be familiar with Target App features and assist guests with using Wallet and related services.
