Job summary

LAZ Parking is seeking an Ambassador to greet customers, assist in lobbies and parking offices, and maintain a welcoming atmosphere at our locations. This role supports cashiering, traffic direction, and general facility upkeep while providing exceptional service.

Ideal candidates have strong customer service experience, basic cash handling skills, and are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. High school diploma or GED is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred but not required.
• Strong customer service experience.
• Cash handling experience preferred but not required.
• Parking industry experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers by name and resolve issues promptly.
• Assist customers in lobbies, lanes, and parking office.
• Maintain good customer relations with a friendly demeanor.
• Oversee maintenance of the garage and assist with cashiering.
• Maintain and repair parking equipment as needed.
• Complete other related duties as assigned.
