Job summary

LAZ Parking in the United States is seeking a Lot Attendant to greet customers by name and provide timely, friendly service in a busy parking environment.

You will assist customers in the parking area, direct traffic, maintain the garage, and ensure equipment works properly to provide smooth access for guests. Strong customer service experience is required, parking industry background is a plus. Multiple locations possible.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred but not required.
• Strong customer service experience preferred.
• Parking industry experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to work at multiple facility locations.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers by name and resolve issues with a friendly, can-do attitude.
• Assist customers in the parking area, lanes, and parking office; direct traffic.
• Promote premier customer satisfaction with a welcoming demeanor.
• Oversee general maintenance of the garage—sweeping, cleaning, trash, and light maintenance.
• Maintain and repair malfunctioning parking equipment to ensure access for customers.
• Complete other related duties as assigned.
