Job summary

Cinépolis USA is seeking a Cast Member to deliver exceptional guest service across Concierge, Concessions, Running, Cleaning, and Usher duties in our theater setting. You will greet guests, process orders at the box office and concessions, and maintain a clean and welcoming environment.

This role requires reliable, friendly team players who can work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, with strong math and cash-handling skills.

Qualifications

• Proficient guest service, administrative and follow-up skills.
• Comfortable communication and cooperation with guests, supervisors, peers, vendors or partners.
• Standing, walking, lifting, twisting, traversing stairs and bending regularly.
• Capability to communicate with guests in a high-volume setting.
• Good verbal and math skills.
• Ability to meet tight deadlines under minimal supervision.
• Proper cash handling etiquette.
• Knowledge of basic food handling regulations.
• Flexible working hours including holidays and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Guarantee guest service is professional, helpful, thorough and timely.
• Concession preparation, cashiering and maintenance duties.
• Set up and maintain stock levels for box office and concessions.
• Greet guests, assemble food orders, operate POS terminals and make accurate change.
• Maintain cleanliness of all work areas (concessions, box office, lobby, restrooms, auditoriums).
• Follow sequence of service policy for each guest transaction.
• Answer questions and resolve concerns.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures.
• Complete opening, mid and closing procedures.
• Assist with serving staff and bussing tables and auditoriums.
• Clear and reset seats and trays before/after each film.
• Assist with crowd control and seating of guests as needed.
• Inform management of guest issues and maintenance requests.
• Ensure security of cash and tickets.
• Distribute and use hearing impaired equipment correctly.
• Enforce rating restrictions for underage guests.
• Support other functions as instructed by management.
• Coordinate with projection staff on film issues.
