Job summary

Total Wine & More is seeking Front End Team Members in Indianapolis. You’ll process transactions, engage customers with a friendly, knowledgeable approach, and promote loyalty programs while ensuring accuracy and efficiency at the register.

Role may include as a sales associate or merchandiser and requires welcoming service, adherence to alcohol sale laws, and a strong team mindset. Training is provided to enhance product knowledge and customer experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Passion for best-in-class customer service and team player mindset.
• 1-3 years of work experience, 1+ years in retail preferred.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.

Responsibilities

• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, including identification verification, payment handling, and loyalty programs.
• Greet customers and provide a personalized shopping experience; build relationships and inform about products/services.
• Maintain knowledge of advertisements, promotions and store policies; comply with alcohol sale laws.
• Keep store safe and clean; assist with cross-functional duties as needed.
