Job summary

Total Wine & More in Greenwood, IN is seeking a Front End Team Member to deliver fast, friendly cashier service and help customers with questions about products. The role may also include duties as a sales associate or merchandiser/stock associate, reporting to store management.

You will process transactions, promote loyalty programs, and help maintain store appearance while upholding safety and legal requirements.

Qualifications

• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
• 1–3 years of work experience; 1+ years in retail preferred.
• Familiarity with point‑of‑sale systems and inventory management software.

Responsibilities

• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, including identification verification and payment handling.
• Greet customers, build relationships, and inform about products and services.
• Participate in wine, spirits, and beer training to build product knowledge.
• Maintain knowledge of advertisements, promotions, and loyalty programs.
• Maintain safety and cleanliness standards across the store.
• Ensure adherence to all laws related to the sale of alcohol.
