Job summary

Global Partners LP is seeking a Guest Service Associate to deliver a top-notch guest experience while supporting store-level tasks. You will greet guests, operate the point of sale, manage cash, and ensure shelves are stocked and clean throughout the shift.

You must be flexible to work day, night, weekends or holidays, have reliable transportation, and be able to lift up to 25 lbs. The role emphasizes safety, teamwork and customer service as core values of our long-standing tradition.

Qualifications

• Must be available to work flexible hours including day, nights, weekends and holidays.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Ability to climb ladders & stairs, reach, bend, twist, stoop, kneel, crouch and lift/carry up to 25 lbs.
• Ability to freely access all areas of the store including selling floor, stock area, and register area.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide an enjoyable shopping experience.
• Adhere to safety, security, quality and store operations policies.
• Operate the point of sale and maintain cash, lottery and tobacco levels.
• Complete all store housekeeping functions (cleaning, dusting, sweeping, mopping, trash).
• Replenish products and supplies ensuring in-stock conditions at all times.
• Communicate with store management regarding guest requests and vendor concerns.
• Check in external and internal vendors per guidelines.
• Conduct gas tank inventory and merchandising projects assigned by management.
• Complete other tasks as assigned by management.
