Job summary

Specs Family Partners is seeking a Front-End Associate to deliver exceptional guest service at the register and assist with checkout operations. You will greet guests, handle cash and card transactions, and maintain a clean, efficient checkout area to ensure a smooth shopping experience.

The role requires basic math, strong communication, and adherence to store policies. Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods is expected. Bilingual skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• Cashiering experience preferred; willing to train.
• High school diploma or GED preferred; experience helpful.
• Must maintain valid TABC Beverage Sellers Permit (and Food Handlers Permit in some cases).
• Able to lift up to 25 pounds and stand/walk/bend for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Operate cash register, scan items, and process payments.
• Greet guests and provide exceptional service.
• Suggest add-ons and upsell items.
• Maintain clean, organized checkout area.
• Count cash drawer and balance till shift end.
