Spec's Family Partners is seeking a Front-End Associate to provide exceptional guest service at the checkout. You will handle cash and card transactions, greet customers, apply discounts, and upsell items while following company guidelines and scripts.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, basic math skills, and the ability to stand for long periods. Bilingual abilities are a plus, and you may be asked to assist with stocking and store duties as needed.

Qualifications

Responsabilités

• Operate cash register and scan items, apply discounts and coupons.
• Greet guests, upsell add-ons, and provide friendly service.
• Ensure correct pricing by scanning barcodes and weighing produce when needed.
• Maintain clean, organized checkout area and restock supplies.
• Verify IDs for alcohol sales and handle payment types securely.
