Job summary

Spec's Family Partners is seeking a Front-End Associate to provide outstanding guest service at the checkout, handle cash and payments, and upsell add-ons while maintaining a clean, welcoming register area. You will greet customers, scan items, apply discounts, and assist with bagging and carry-outs.

The role requires 21+ age and basic math and communication skills. Full-time position with a 35-hour work week; availability on Fridays and Saturdays preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or cashiering preferred.
• Must be 21+ years old by state law.
• Ability to read and write simple instructions or memos.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a smile and assist at checkout.
• Operate cash register and scan items accurately.
• Apply coupons and specials; process payments securely.
• Maintain clean, organized checkout area and stock as needed.
• Provide exceptional customer service and handle guest questions.
• Assist with carry-outs and bagging; help maintain store appearance.
