Job summary

Grand Casino Hinckley is seeking a team-oriented kitchen professional to prepare all foods during an assigned shift, wash dishes as needed, and maintain a clean, sanitary area in compliance with state health regulations. You will contribute to a smoothly run operation and uphold Grand Casino’s standards.

Responsibilities include following recipes and production specifications, stocking items, and delivering courteous internal guest service. Previous kitchen experience is preferred.

• Follow all recipes and production specifications.
• Adheres to sanitation guidelines for washing and storing dishes.
• Assist in all areas of food production as needed.
• Responsible for delivering excellent internal Guest Service in an upbeat, friendly manner.
• Encourages mutual respect, dignity and integrity with all Associates, by setting positive examples at all times.
• Participates as a team member with Grand Casino associates in producing a smoothly and efficiently run operation that meets the highest standards of guest service.
• Responsible for maintaining a clean and sanitary area at all times in full accordance with state health regulations.
• Maintains stock of all necessary items.
• Any and all other duties as assigned.
