Torchy’s Tacos in OKC is seeking a friendly Hospitality Team member who greets guests, takes orders, and delivers a top-notch dining experience. You’ll master the menu, offer personalized recommendations, and ensure timely service in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities include running food, maintaining cleanliness, and collaborating with the team to exceed guest expectations. State certifications must be current; benefits after tenure may apply.

Qualifications

• Availability to work a flexible schedule.
• State and local requirements for Food Handler’s and Alcohol Server certifications must be met.
• Certifications must be obtained by the first day or within location requirements.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests, take orders, and ensure fast, accurate transactions at the POS.
• Deliver outstanding hospitality and make every guest feel welcomed.
• Learn the menu and promote current promotions to tailor recommendations.
• Run food to tables and check that orders are correct and prompt.
• Keep guest-facing areas neat, clean and inviting.
• Collaborate with managers, kitchen, and Hospitality Team to resolve issues and maintain smooth service.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
