Job summary

Little River Casino Resort is seeking associates to provide excellent guest service, take orders, and deliver food to dining guests. You will work with a team to ensure a fun and inclusive environment while maintaining accurate money handling and POS procedures.

Responsibilities include processing orders, entering payments, and providing information on events and services. A strong emphasis on confidentiality and teamwork is expected in a fast-paced casino resort setting.

Qualifications

• Basic organizational, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Guest service, interpersonal and teamwork skills necessary to maintain quality service delivery.
• Basic money-handling skills with the ability to count money and give change swiftly and accurately.
• Basic problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to manage extensive paperwork.
• Operate office equipment (computer, fax, copier, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Assist guests to place orders and process orders using the POS system.
• Handle money accurately and securely according to procedures.
• Enter orders, retrieve cash reports, and process payments.
• Provide information about events, promotions, programs, and services.
• Maintain restaurant areas and general appearance.
