The Highlands at Harbor Springs is looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused team members to join our Food Market crew. You will assist guests with placing food orders, selecting items from our Grab-and-Go coolers, and ordering pizzas from Champions Pizza, creating a positive guest experience.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Minimum of 6 months of customer service experience.
• Strong cash-handling and basic menu knowledge.
• Ability to use POS systems and demonstrate proper phone etiquette.
• Strong attention to detail, time management, and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones to take pizza orders.
• Welcome and greet guests; make them feel comfortable while personalizing service.
• Upsell food and beverage items using suggestive selling techniques.
