Roles may be cross-trained across store areas to support business needs; you will engage customers, promote credit/loyalty programs, and contribute to a positive store culture in a fast-paced off-price retail environment.

Qualifications

• Possesses excellent customer service skills.
• Able to work a flexible schedule to support business needs.
• Possesses strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Capable of multi-tasking.
• Capable of lifting heavy objects with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Retail customer experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a highly satisfied customer experience through engaging interactions and maintaining a clean store environment.
• Adhere to operating, merchandise, and loss prevention standards.
• Cross-train to support multiple areas of the store as needed.
• Ring customer purchases/returns accurately and count change per procedures.
• Promote credit and loyalty programs and uphold merchandising standards.
• Assist in store recovery and maintain overall store cleanliness and organization.
• Support safety, labor policies, and shrink reduction initiatives.
