Job summary

• Accurately rings customer purchases/returns and counts change back to customer according to operating procedures.
• Promotes credit and loyalty programs.
• Maintains merchandising procedures and standards.
• Prepares merchandise for the sales floor following company procedures.
• Participates in store recovery and maintains cleanliness of the sales floor.
• Provides and accepts feedback and adheres to labor laws and store policies.
• Supports shrink reduction goals and safety efforts.
