Responsibilities

• Deliver a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with customers and maintaining a clean, organized store environment.
• Follow operating procedures for ringing purchases/returns and handling cash.
• Promote credit and loyalty programs and maintain merchandising standards.
• Prepare merchandise for the sales floor and participate in store recovery and safety practices.
• Adhere to labor laws and store policies; support shrink reduction goals.
