Job summary

Pincho Flagler in Miami is hiring immediately for a full-time Counter Server/Cashier. This role involves face-to-face customer interaction, maintaining cleanliness, and assisting guests with their dining experience. No previous experience is required as on-the-job training will be provided. The ideal candidate will be knowledgeable about the menu and eager to ensure guest satisfaction. Qualifications

• Knowledgeable about the menu and the varying products we carry.
• Be at least 16 years of age.
• Willing to go the extra mile to satisfy every need of our guests.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness of front line, dining room, bathrooms and patio area.
• Restock utensils, napkins, beverage station, and bathrooms.
• Learn and maintain knowledge of menu to communicate all ingredients to guests.
• Maintain knowledge of critical dietary information and demonstrate proper food handling.
• Set up, maintain, and break down front expo and bagging area.
• Operate POS register to complete customer transactions.
• Greet guests and guide their experience.
