Job summary

Pincho Bird Road is seeking a Counter Server/Cashier in a fast-paced environment in Miami. You will be an ambassador of our core values and a friendly face to guests, assisting with orders and payments at the front line.

You will learn the menu, handle transactions, and help maintain a clean dining area while delivering a positive guest experience. We offer on-the-job training and a flexible schedule to fit needs.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of the menu and menu items.
• No previous experience required; on-the-job training provided.
• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Willing to go the extra mile to satisfy guests.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness of front line, dining room, bathrooms and patio area; take out dining room trash; bus; and clean tables and chairs.
• Restock utensils, napkins, beverage station, and bathrooms.
• Learn and maintain knowledge of the menu to communicate ingredients to guests.
• Maintain knowledge of dietary information and demonstrate proper food handling.
• Set up, maintain, and break down front expo and bagging area.
• Operate POS to complete customer transactions.
• Greet guests, guide their journey, resolve guest issues and inform guests how the PINCHO app works.
