Job summary

Target is seeking a Small Format Team Member to deliver friendly guest service, stock shelves, and support daily store operations in our smallest format stores. You’ll help guests find items, keep the floor in stock and signposted, and participate in price accuracy and merchandising tasks with a team-focused approach.

You’ll receive comprehensive training, a flexible schedule including nights and weekends, and opportunities to develop customer-service skills in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Welcoming and helpful attitude toward all guests and team members.
• Ability to communicate on multiple frequency devices and operate handheld scanners and other technology equipment as directed.
• Work both independently and with a team.
• Resolve guest questions quickly on the spot.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow multi-step processes.

Responsibilities

• Create an easy, inspiring and friendly guest experience by delivering on commitments.
• Greet guests and assist with finding products or resolving issues for a smooth shopping experience.
• End every guest transaction with a sincere thank you.
• Actively support team efforts and assist peers while maintaining a positive attitude.
• Maintain a full, organized sales floor with proper signage and stock.
• Assist with truck unloads and stock product on the sales floor when needed.
• Conduct price changes and ensure signing is accurate across departments.
