Job summary

Target is seeking a Small Format Team Member in a fast-paced retail environment. You will greet guests, help them find items, and ensure a friendly, efficient shopping experience across departments.

Responsibilities include stocking, maintaining price accuracy, and supporting backroom operations to keep stock available for guests. You'll work with a team to deliver on sales goals and uphold store standards, including cleanliness, safety, and compliance.

• Create an Easy, Inspiring and Friendly guest experience by greeting guests and assisting them in finding products or resolving issues
• Assist with stocking, price accuracy, and shelf presentation across departments
• Process inbound deliveries and support backroom organization to maintain stock availability and inventory accuracy
• Support guest services such as back-up cashier and pickup services while adhering to safety and compliance requirements
