Qualifications

• Provide exceptional customer service in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Operate a POS system and handle cash and electronic transactions.

• Read and understand English and follow instructions.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and deliver Best of the WEST service throughout their shopping experience.
• Accurately process purchases, returns, exchanges and other POS transactions.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked sales floor.
• Assist with merchandising updates, price changes, and other store tasks.
• Promote store programs and suggest complementary merchandise.
• Report safety concerns and follow company policies.
