Qualifications

• Provide exceptional customer service in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Accurately operate a Point of Sale system and handle cash and electronic transactions.
• Regularly lift, move, and position merchandise throughout the shift.
• Read and understand English.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and deliver Best of the WEST customer service throughout the shopping experience.
• Process purchases, returns, exchanges, and other POS transactions accurately.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked sales floor and assist with stocking and housekeeping tasks.
• Assist with merchandising updates, price changes, and other store tasks as assigned.
• Ensure displays are properly signed, stocked, and presented according to company standards.
• Promote store programs and assist customers with inquiries about products, pricing, and inventory.
