Responsibilities

• Greet customers professionally and enthusiastically, guide through the menu, and ensure efficient processing.
• Demonstrate superior knowledge of menu, ingredients, modifications, and allergens.
• Take orders via in-store, drive-thru, or phone; field questions as needed.
• Operate POS system and reconcile daily transactions, tips, and payments.
• Maintain proper cash handling and adherence to company policies.
• Address customer concerns and escalate to SL/GM when needed.
