Job summary

Qualifications

• 18+ years of age and high school diploma.
• Prior service industry experience preferred.
• Barista experience preferred but not required.
• Experience with cash handling and basic math.

Responsibilities

• Superior customer service through fast, efficient, accurate, and proper drink production to company standards.
• Test drinks for taste, appearance, and consistency to align with standards.
• Clean and maintain the barista station and machines.
• Knowledge of the drink menu, ingredients, modifications and allergens.
• Greet customers, guide through menu, and process orders with a friendly attitude.
• Proper cash handling and POS use, with professional conduct at all times.
• Maintain attendance and adhere to company policies.
