Job summary

Wet Willie's in Phoenix is hiring a Cashier/Expo to join the Front of House team. You will greet guests, guide them through the menu, process payments, and support the loyalty program while upholding our values and delivering great service in a clean, friendly dining environment.

You will report to the Shift Leader and General Manager, complete required certifications, and maintain professional appearance. Must be 18+, have a high school diploma, strong communication, and reliable

• 18+ years of age.
• High school graduate.
• Require prior service industry experience.
• Dependable, honest, trustworthy, possesses integrity.
• Positive attitude and great personal drive.
• Courteous and enthusiastic.
• Willingness and ability to learn in a fast-paced sales environment.
• Exceptional communication skills.

• Availability to work on weekends.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers professionally and enthusiastically, guide through menu, and process orders with a friendly attitude.
• Maintain superior knowledge of menu, ingredients, modifications, and allergens.
• Handle inside, drive-thru, and phone orders.
• Perform duties of other team members as needed.
• Operate POS system and reconcile daily checkouts, sales, tips, and cards.
• Follow cash handling procedures at all times.
• Adhere to policies for comps, voids, employee meals, and loyalty program.
• Complete primary and secondary responsibilities and daily duties at a high level.
• Address customer complaints and report to SL or GM.
• Ensure order accuracy, food quality, and guest satisfaction during table touches.
