Job summary

Caesars Palace is seeking a Fountain Counter worker to handle cash register transactions, greet guests, and prepare food and beverages per guest requests. You will input orders into the POS, ensure accurate payments, and maintain a clean, organized station in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities include delivering products timely, maintaining high customer service levels, and assisting in training new staff while adhering to health and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Must have 6 months previous cash handling experience.
• Effective English communication, both written and spoken.
• Neat, professional appearance required.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in transactions.
• Interact with customers, public and co-workers respectfully.
• Use of computer and/or cash register during shifts.

Responsibilities

• Provide fast, friendly, professional customer service to restaurant guests.
• Input orders into the POS terminal accurately.
• Process transactions and give correct change, following procedures.
• Prepare or serve menu items as needed and maintain food prep standards.
• Keep work area clean and organized; stock area supplies as needed.
• Assist in training new Fountain Counter staff and support management.
