Job summary

Caesars Entertainment is hiring a bartender to greet guests in a friendly manner and efficiently prepare and pour drinks for customers and cocktail servers. You will provide entertainment pouring and share information on current events, promotions and attractions at the property.

You will handle cash transactions, provide accurate receipts, and assist guests with slot-area transactions while maintaining policy adherence.

Qualifications

Two (2) years previous experience as a bartender is required.
Must be 21 years of age.
High school degree or equivalent is preferred.
Must possess excellent customer service and communication skills.
Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English.
Must be able to obtain a Responsible Vendor card
Must be able to obtain bar card.

Responsibilities

Greets and welcomes all guests in a pleasant and professional manner.
Prepares and pours all types of drinks for customers and cocktail servers upon request.
Provides entertainment for guests through entertainment pouring.
Provides property information on current events, promotions and attractions to customers.
Processes all cash transactions by accepting money and making necessary change accurately and presents customer with bar receipt.
Converts cash to coin for any customer playing the slot machines in the bar area.
Meets the attendance guidelines of the job and adheres to departmental and company policies.
