Qualifications

• Experience with cash handling and Micros register.
• Bartending experience is a plus.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to initiate and engage in conversation professionally.
• Must be 18 years of age.
• Willing to participate in ongoing beverage training.
• Knowledge of current property events, promotions and attractions.
• Ability to work independently with little supervision.
• Able to work any day and any shift.
• Team player; adheres to uniform requirements.
• Able to work in excessive heat.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests, take food and beverage orders, and serve in a courteous manner.
• Set tables and ensure glassware and utensils are polished and properly placed.
• Enter orders into the computerized system and process payments.
• Provide periodic table maintenance, replenishment of bread and refills.
• Assist guests leaving the dining area; communicate problems to management.
• Stock condiments and side stands; perform light side work and stocking.
