Job summary

Osage Casinos is seeking a Call Center Agent to handle inbound calls and promote hotel and casino services. You will enter reservations during calls and relay information to guests, while maintaining excellent guest service and knowledge of policies.

The role requires strong communication, a clear speaking voice, and the ability to work with customers under varying circumstances to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Six months call center experience required.
• One year of guest-facing customer service experience required.
• Must pass pre-employment drug screening and obtain Osage Nation gaming license.

Responsibilities

• Answers all incoming calls promptly and courteously.
• Enters guest reservations into the Property Management System while on call.
• Provides information on current marketing campaigns and events as required.
• Transfers calls to appropriate departments and relays messages when needed.
• Responds to inquiries and service issues to maximize guest satisfaction.
• Provides friendly guest service and answers questions about Osage casinos and area.
• Maintains knowledge of payment policies and check-in requirements.
• Performs other duties and outbound calls as needed.
