Responsibilities

• Makes efforts to stay informed of company information by reviewing bulletin boards, digital signage, and newsletters.
• Effectively communicates concerns and information to supervision and listens to direction.
• Observes and reports unsafe behavior by internal and external guests.
• Monitors e-gaming machines and participates in payout of manual jackpots per policy.
• Assists in service requirements for gaming machine equipment per training and procedures.
• Keeps casino floor clean and organized.
• Prepares detailed daily, weekly, and monthly operating reports as required.
• Provides excellent internal and external guest services with courtesy and respect.
• Ensures compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies.
