Job summary

Op-Careers is hiring Call Center Agents to provide a warm and friendly voice of the resort. This role involves assisting guests with questions, requests, and room service orders, while ensuring effective communication between departments.

Agents will answer incoming calls, route them appropriately, and help guests with resort information. No previous experience is required, making this a great starting position for those with strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Qualifications

• No previous experience required, but hospitality or call center experience is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required.
• Flexibility to work varying schedules including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Answer all incoming calls with a friendly tone.
• Screen and route calls to the correct departments.
• Be knowledgeable of hotel facilities and hours of operation.
• Input guest and employee requests into HotSOS.
• Take room service orders and input into Digital Dining.
