Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Enforces performance standards and monitors service on the dining floor to ensure smooth operations.
• Maintains high standards of customer service and employee relations.
• Ensures compliance with health, safety standards and applicable laws/regulations.
• Assists with scheduling and staffing levels.
• Monitors staff performance and provides constructive feedback.

• Addresses customer complaints to achieve satisfaction.
