Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of 18 months banking experience, with supervisory exposure preferred.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills to guide tellers and CSRs.
• Excellent customer service mindset with ability to promote bank products.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor frontline team of Tellers and CSRs, including performance evaluations and coaching.
• Participate in hiring and training for branch staff.
• Conduct teller/ATM/vault audits and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Create flexible team schedules to optimize branch operations.
• Provide exceptional customer service and support Notary duties when needed.
• Oversee cash handling, ATM maintenance, and branch night depository processing.
• Monitor daily overdrafts and deposits; manage branch admin tasks and meetings.
