Bank First in Manitowoc, WI seeks a part-time Guest Services Specialist to handle the main reception line and electronic banking inquiries, delivering expert customer service and accurate information to guests. The role focuses on supporting online banking tasks and maintaining a positive guest experience.

The position offers flexible 20-hour weeks with four-hour shifts Mon–Fri, plus options to split hours over two days.

Formación

• Associates degree in business or accounting; banking experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of bank products and services.
• Proficient with Word, Excel and basic computer systems.

Responsabilidades

• Answer the main reception line and electronic banking lines to assist customers.
• Provide online banking support, including setup and password resets.
• Monitor online fraud reports and coordinate with frontline and fraud teams.
• Process address change requests and forward emails to the appropriate departments.
