Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and visitors and direct them to the appropriate staff.
• Answer calls, respond to inquiries, and route calls efficiently.
• Process walk-in and drive-up payments; reconcile cash daily.
• Support EBill enrollment, auto pay setup, and online payment issues.
• Assist with billing questions and capital credit program inquiries.
• Identify and resolve billing discrepancies and misapplied payments.
• Perform general administrative tasks and data validation in billing systems.
