Job summary

Marriott Providence Downtown is seeking a Bellperson / Shuttle Driver to deliver exceptional hospitality. You will assist guests with luggage, provide directions and shuttle services, and promote hotel amenities.

This role requires safety-minded shuttle operation, daily vehicle inspections, and collaboration with Front Office and Engineering teams. The ideal candidate has basic English communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and prior experience in hospitality or transportation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• Experience in hospitality, transportation, or customer service is a plus.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests warmly, assist with luggage, and provide hotel information.
• Safely operate the hotel shuttle and conduct pre/post-trip inspections.
• Coordinate guest transportation and assist Front Desk during busy periods.
• Maintain confidentiality and uphold safety procedures.
• Support VIP arrivals, group events, and hotel operations as needed.
