Qualifications

• Customer service and cash handling experience required.
• Schedule flexibility for AM/PM/Overnight shifts, weekends and holidays.
• Proficiency in English (speaking, reading and writing); Mandarin/Spanish a plus.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced guest-facing role.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Basic computer skills: Word, Excel, Internet Explorer.
• Driver's license and reliable transportation with a clean driving record.
• Familiarity with Flushing/Queens area streets is a plus.
• Sense of humor and self-confidence.

Responsibilities

• Greet and escort guests to rooms; assist with luggage.
• Inform guests of property amenities and area attractions.
• Arrange transportation and record requests; respond to special needs.
• Manage guest calls, messages, and questions; escalate as needed.
• Follow safety policies and maintain professional appearance.
• Move, lift, push objects up to 50 lbs; assist with heavier loads.
