Job summary

The St. Joe Company is seeking a friendly Bell Person to welcome guests, assist with luggage, escort guests to their accommodations, and support guests during their stay at the Rosemary Beach property.

You will assist with parking, answer questions, and coordinate with front desk and other departments to ensure service excellence. A strong focus on discretion and guest satisfaction is required.

Qualifications

• Basic English literacy required to read labels and communicate with guests.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Must be able to maintain discretion and provide high level of guest service.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly on arrival and bid farewell with a positive impression.
• Assist guests with luggage loading/unloading and escort to accommodations.
• Help guests with parking, questions, and special requests as needed.
• Assist front desk and other departments during peak times.
• Keep lobby and bell area clean and organized; handle calls courteously.
